| Desktop utility tools software can now be
download from Berkeley Designing's web site at
www.berkeleydesigning.com. Several program, directory,
and file managing utilities will become available during the
latter half of this year. A flexible licensing policy will
be utilized allowing users to pay according to how they utilize
the software. Berkeley Designing software licensing will
allow a single software program license for up to three different
computers, provided the registered user is the sole user of the
software. This resolves the problem of having to buy
multiple copies of a program for computers you only occasionally
use.
A separate license for downloaded software will be available
for non-profit organizations and churches as well as multiple site
licenses. |

A tax exempt organization may be eligible for a discounted
license and in rare cases the license fee may be waived
entirely. These organizations must contact Berkeley
Designing. They are under the standard license policy
unless specifically exempted in writing by Berkeley Designing.
Currently the WinDos utility tool is available for download.
Later in the quarter File Supervisor, an add-on file manager for
WinDos will become available, under the same download and free
trial policy. AutoMenu is the third in the suite. It
will be available for download late in the year, as will be the
Organizer, Notebook. The
downloadable software is also available on CD-ROM. A $5
handling fee is required for each order. For more
