Berkeley designing company warrants CD-R disks and labeling to be of good quality but does not guaranty disks or labeling that became wet, scratched or in some other way damaged, or if the CD-R recording surface has been touched or improperly handled, upon or after receipt by customer.  With above noted exceptions, CD-R diskettes are guaranteed recordable for a period of 90 days after shipment.  Berkeley designing shall first approve return of defective or damaged disks, and should we find disk or labeling to have been defective at factory, will at our digression, replace the defective disks or refund the cost of defective disks to customer.  Berkeley designing company will  not be liable for any loss incurred other than for the purchase price of the disks and labeling.
